25 degree cephlad just means that the xray tube was angled 25 degrees toward your head (away from your thumb) so the joint space is more clearly seen. Otherwise the bones are all bunched on top of one another, can you get a copy of your pre surgery film would like to see it, GAR

That totally looks like a garden rake. When do you start PT?
