It's food, people.

Food, not obscenity.

You might not have heard about it, but there's been an uproar in the corner of the blogosphere I spend my time about women and breastfeeding. You see, Facebook, a social networking website, has banned pictures of breastfeeding as obscene. Anyway, there's been a call by the League of Maternal Justice (great name!) for The Great Virtual Breast Fest to highlight that breastfeeding is a natural way to nourish a child, and since this is important to me, here's my contribution.

It's food, people, not obscenity.

Good for you!
Truth be told, that hamburger looks a little obscene.

Huh- I hadn't even heard about this one yet! Just goes to show how wide the internet really is I guess.
I kinda agree with Erin, there is something about that burger...

Well, I think it's the Irish bacon sticking out of the side. Also, I guess maybe obscenity to some vegans out there...

Ah, you can't really see any more than a low cut shirt or swim top would show. And that's what these are _for_!

Yeah, I don't get the whole obscenity thing at all. Same reason I'm not too keen on breastfeeding in a bathroom. You wouldn't eat in a bathroom, why should my kid. Makes me happy I live in MN where if a business pays sales tax, they have to let you breastfeed.
