Make green tomato chocolate cake (it has beer in it also)....very good
Checkout the recent Splendid Table on NPR, she had some great ideas. I use them as a substitute in my green chili pork for tomatillas. One of her things was I think a green tomato/apple pie.
I can't play because you told me. I just wanted to say, this picture does not do the mass of green tomatoes on your counter justice.

Yowza. What DOES one do with green tomatoes? I think there are some sauce-y type things, salsas and relishes and such that you can make with them. But that would be a LOT of condiments.
Two is more than one, so anything more than one is...two.
